Mikami Ryo has worked across Japan’s coffee landscape, from large chains and micro-roasters to wine shops. At Wataru Co., Ltd., he handled green sourcing, coaching, and global competition work. He is a Cup of Excellence judge and has supported Japan’s WCRC team. He now runs Roast Design Coffee with his wife, overseeing quality and development.
