This is a high-quality, pleasantly rounded, light and creamy Usucha tea with just a hint of bitter teasing. Its aftertaste is dominated by round-bodied, creamy and sweet tastes. Make this tea in a pre-heated chawan with water heated to 80 degrees. Careful - this one retains bitterness at lower temperatures.
