Aroma (Wet Leaves): Cooked green beans with a strong umami scent. Wet leaves give off an aroma reminiscent of S&B cream curry and vegetable broth.

Liquor: Initially, the umami is dominant, making it hard to see the distinctiveness of the cultivar. The flavor is very soft, with cooked green beans being prominent but not overpowering. The freshness is evident, with no toasty notes. The taste of the liquor isn't particularly inspiring; while it’s a good tea, this is not SSCG tea.

Steeps: The 1st and 2nd steeps are where the tea shines. The 3rd steep doesn't hold up as well.
