Wow, that was so good! The moment I tasted it, I thought, "What an amazing range of flavors!" It’s not the most interesting but was very balanced, with nothing weird. It felt like all the parts of an orchestra were perfectly in place. The loudness was just right—coating my mouth perfectly.

It left a nice aftertaste and the middle part of the flavor was pronounced and delightful. It had a lovely taste with the correct characteristics of Saemidori and a nice grassy, hi-ire aftertaste. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I think this ratio is the best way to enjoy this tea. The first steep was really amazing!

2nd steep was considerably weaker, thinning out and becoming less interesting. 3rd steep wasn’t great.
