If you’re seeking long-term collaboration grounded in quality, we’d love to hear from you. But if you’re looking for low-cost or mass-market tea, this may not be the right fit. 

Depending on the season and harvest, the availability of our loose-leaf teas will shift. However, we take care to inform clients well in advance.

Every tea in the collection is true to type, ready to drink now, balanced in the cup, and capable of leaving a quiet, lasting echo after the session. What reaches your hands works as it is intended, though support is available should you require adjustments to the recipes and ingredients you have on hand.

 

Steady, reliable supply

Trust from customers is a gift. Loyalty is harder to earn. We work closely with our partner farms and factories to ensure that our powder blends are consistent from season to season, year to year. Sushe Chaguan’s collaborators can be confident in our reliable supply. Each month’s batch is blended freshly to keep drift minimal.

Our partner matcha factories hold FSSC 22000 and “ISO & HACCP” safety certifications, specifically meeting and surpassing ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards. They additionally list AIB “Superior,” USDA Organic, JAS Organic, EU Organic, and OU Kosher.
